These terms cover your use of WhatsConvo specifically and supplement the company-wide happynikky Terms and Conditions.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement

WhatsConvo is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), except where superseded by these terms or the happynikky Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Use

You may use WhatsConvo on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. WhatsConvo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in viewing and archiving your own exported chat backups.

Not Affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta

WhatsConvo is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is used only to describe compatibility.

Content You Import

You may import only chat backups that you own or are authorised to access. You are responsible for respecting the privacy and rights of other participants in those conversations and for using WhatsConvo in compliance with applicable law and with WhatsApp's own terms.

Your Data

WhatsConvo processes your data entirely on your device. You are responsible for the backup files you import. For details on how your data is handled, see our privacy policy.

General Terms

Matters not addressed here - including in-app purchases, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution - are governed by the happynikky Terms and Conditions, which apply to all our apps.

These terms describe terms specific to WhatsConvo and supplement our company-wide happynikky Terms and Conditions, which apply to all our apps. Where these app-specific terms differ, they govern for WhatsConvo.
